אמר רבא מאן דמשתכח בבי דרי פרע מנתא דמלכא וה"מ שותפא אבל אריסא אריסותיה הוא דקא מפיק

But Abaye said to him: This is so perhaps because the proprietors have meanwhile abandoned their right in them.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Cf. supra p. 382.
